Obviously since you are the last man (or woman) on Earth, this mutation will only be available in single player mode. Valve is also holding a contest for this mutation. Record your best 60 second session and upload it to youtube with the tags “L4D2LastSurvivor” The one they choose as having the best footage will be featured in their blog next week, so get recording!
