Infected Practicing?

Is there any way you can practice being a infected without being in an actual game?
- So just being by yourself basically.

[binge]

start singleplayer game

type this in console:
sv_cheats 1
director_no_death_check 1
director_no_human_zombies 0
sb_stop 1 (makes the bots freeze)
nb_blind 1 (makes the zombies not attack)
director_no_mobs 1

en then switch to infected side
if you cant spawn, then type:
z_spawn hunter (or smoker, if you want to be smoker, tank or boomer etc)
and then type:
give health

that's it
