Tank Hp Glitch

Well i was just playing a game of l4d with my friends when iwas a tank in finale (sorry i have no screens)
when i was on like 1000 hp and i was lossing control i died then when m yfriend got tank it had 3/4 of its hp in green it was pretty funny cuz we pwned the other team cuz of that
any1 encounter this glitch?

no i dont think the tank was on fire when i was loosing control and i wanted to kill myself my friend said FUUUUUUUU then he got tank with 3/4 health

Translation.

Guy 1 playing as tank, getting shot at, apparently not on fire, in VS. Guy 1 wasnt attacking the survivors, therefore control switched to Guy 2.
When guy 2 took control there was more health than should have been there.

In essence the tank control switch caused a HP boost.

No, I havent encountered this glitch.
