http://left4dead411.com/left-4-dead-system-require ments (http://left4dead411.com/left-4-dead-system-requirements)

Minimum:

Supported OS: Microsoft Windows XP / Vista / Vista64
Processor: Pentium 4 3.0GHz
Memory: 1 GB
Graphics: 128 MB, Shader model 2.0, ATI 9600, NVidia 6600 or better
Hard Drive: At least 7.5 GB of free space
Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

You might struggle to play it on your current CPU ...

Don't waste your money on that card. While it has 512 MB of memory, the rest of the specs are garbage.

Even if you were to get a decent graphics card, your processor is going to clog everything.

No. You'll likely have to upgrade your system from the bottom up if it's that old (still with AGP 8x).

you can get a better P4 thats 3.2 GHZ that will bring you up a bit and you can also upgrade your video card a little to a HD3850 AGP b/c its the best AGP card out ever.
