No it was a legit spawn, we were confused too. The tank spawned upstairs before the survivor team started the elevator. So we decided we would park it right there. It went to AI before they even hit the button. The other team wasn't so lucky, their tank spawned right after we got out of the elevator.

We were feeling all awesome but then their tank wtfpwnd us on the finale afterwards.

Its really complicated be lucky enough that the tank spawn in the hallway right before the elevator and then have your entire team climb him up there like you would any other special infected...

I've tried that before but there isn't enough time to get him up there. He just disappears or something after the second player loses control.

Ive gotten close but they ended up calling it just as I was about to lose control so I jumped on the moving elevator and it instantly killed the tank. It seems like its a possibility if he hadnt glitched up and died.

So wait..the tank spawned in the elevator while it was traveling down? OR was it prespawned at the bottom and glitched through the elevator(probably didn't happen since it squishes them)

If it spawned in the elevator through the crescendo that is epic as hell, that elevator needs music im sure he got bored sitting in it on the way down :(

No the tank spawn at the top of the elevator shaft we just positioned him inside of the elevator. As the elevator descended the tank went to AI and provided a nasty surprise for the team at the bottom.

Lol you can go by the vents to where is the elevator, but it will smash you when the elevator come down. Only way I know this, because Tank spawn down there when survivors haven't press elevator or up there after the elevator arrive with humans.

I've had the tank spawn upstairs once as well. It's really weird. We just put him in the saferoom though.

Haha, this happened to our team quite a while ago. But, the tank hurt himself in the elevator, allowing me to get Man vs. Tank with one or two shots.

I've had the tank spawn at the top before the survivors called the elavator too. I ended up putting the tank in the elavator just before it started going down, then it went to AI.

As infected we were stoked waiting for the big surprise. The elevator reaches the bottom, the doors open, and there's no tank. He just dissapeared.
