If that's the witch then I'm extremely happy with the look. Maybe she needs gray/white hair but that's a minor complaint.

could be, she is suposed to look like a regular infected right? maybe they will change her skin now and then, so you wont kno its her till you accidently shoot the bitch and she pwns ya whole team. . . ah. . . the endless possiblilitys that come with L4D!

Well she was the last boss infected to be added to the game. I think she had a placeholder model. They don't want to show her quite yet because the model is still in development. You gotta realise that Frog/Squerl played an old version of L4D. Much has changed since then.
