So I have Verizon FIOS at my house and the service isn't bad. I'm pissed at the wireless router (the second one mind you, the first one crapped out). It seems like this router they provided (and all the ones they provide) is garbage. This new one they gave is drops anything wireless off of the internet when the phone rings (stuff with cables is fine, thank God). Seriously though, I thought that was dial-up AOL crap? Anyways, I was wondering if any of you guys knew of a good wireless router that can use the coax cable Verizon apparently needs. I don't want to get another one through them since it's probably going to be shit like the first two. Is there an option for me?
Edit: I realize i forgot to put "Router" after Wireless in the topic title. If a mod would be so kind as to clarify it, that would be much appreciated.

coax cable
I know exactly what a coax cable is. I've heard about it all my life.
Anyway:
This came up with some shopping results. So it may have an answer for you. (http://lmgtfy.com/?q=wireless+with+coax+cable)

This is a coax cable

Along with the RJ45 cable, this one is apparently used. And thanks for the link, but I did use google and I only saw actual coax cables and what not. Nothing in the way of a router. Damn you Verizon!

My Fios works great for me, excellent reception throughout my house, and I have gotten 10+ mbs per second wireless too... I live in LA though, so prob better wiring system...

Better wiring might be it. I live in a suburb about an hour and half from LA. We got FIOS out here maybe 2 years ago i think. It's just frustrating when I'm on my laptop and someone calls, I get booted off the net.
