I saw this on another forum and just thought.

Wow.

As an independently produced animation this is astounding.
Its development and realization is perfect, its links to deep psychology and taboo are excellent and to everyone. I highly recommend it.

Ugh I hate newsgrounds...

Its kinda weird. I personally thought the dictator dream section was amazing. After that it kinda goes just a little off-course, but it should appeal to the 'arty' crowd.

All I have to say is:

W T F

Not only was that one of the weirdest non-sensical things I have ever seen, it was extremely annoying how the volume would change so drastically.

Yeah, that was annoying... It was interesting, though. Probably a decent depiction of the author's mind.

Ok so its about how power corrupts, still wasn't good IMO. The animation kinda bugged me more than anything.
