Yea, how did it get hijacked? Did you enter the password on any site other than the Steam site?

Could be a trojan horse with a Keylogger built in, those things are nasty...

Could have been one of those files that were put on here; you didn't download them, did you?

If someone told you they were a steam mod and asked you for your password and you gave it to them, I award you with /facepalm of the day.

I love how trojan is the name of a terrible virus, and the name of a condom.

The weakest link in computer security is the user. Sorry to be an ass, but you probably picked up a keylogger somewhere.

Yep, stop using limewire or any other sharing software. Kills your pc, and now it can steal your account (= money). Good luck with getting your account back, and valve does a swift job

I haven't got limewire, if the user is the weakest link then how do you think it got hijacked? My PC is already dying. Last time i checked the only way you can get credit card details from a computer is if your're dumb enough to use it when you have a monitor virus or someshit, and i scanned btw PC is clean, so unless it's some futuristic super hacker I dont really see how they could get it . And yes i hope valve gets it back

Maybe you got that new facebook worm. I dunno. I don't use facebook. But this shit doesn't just happen.
Hope you get your stuff back.
