URGENT help i need help fps emergency

i got an fps emergency:
these are my specs
i got a laptop: HP g60 Notebook PC
Processor: Pentium (R) Dual-core CPU
32-bit
3.00 GB
window vista servise pack 1
and i got left 4 dead,
i downloaded it straight from the steam shortcut. not the cd
and i get from all most any game 10 fps to 13
i forgot how to get my video card to show if you know ill post it as possible

How good is it, and what is your video card... And if you are getting bad fps right now, it is because you prob have a bad video card and CPU. Same with my laptop.

Also, you just giving us the series of your laptop does not help at all... GIVE US SOME REAL SPECS

EDIT: Vista tells you straight out when you do the computer score test what everything is...
