Me and a few of my buddies started up a vesus match, all the slots were filled with friends so we knew it was going to be a great game. It was going back n' forth through NM1 and NM2 and in NM3 were infected first and we had a tank in the warehouse. We killled them with the forklift no problem. Now it was are time to play and we knew the tank was comming, it killed 2 of our team mates and smacked me and my buddy ironfalcon around...we opend the door and went back outside and killed the tank, we knew since it was only just the two of us we werent going to last long with 4 infected agasint us. I ran upstairs to drop my hunting rifle for my buddies m16 he dropped and grab ammo and health. Me and Iron knew death was at hand at any second know that it only needed one good vomit shot and 2 hunter pounces to finish us off. We were at the top of our game, stuck together and killed the infected right at sight. We made it through the sewers, a unpassable witch, the climb up the ladder with common infected all over the place and we maneged to make it all the way to the safe room, with just 2 survivers.

It's easy to survive to the end with only 2 survivors.

Well yeah and no.
If your vs'ing a good team then its really hard.
Like i said we were all friends and we only make friends in L4D that are good...cus who wants to add a rage quitter?!

Anyway. Theres already a thread regarding epic moments. I dont see any particular reason why this story needed a new one.

Nice man. The reason why he says this is awesome, is that instead of ass wipe pubs, he was facing friends. They may have just given you a break, or you may have been high

Not to mention your story doesnt make much sense...

You cant pass an impassable object. -_-" Also, I find it entertaining that 4 on 4 is a close game, but 4 on 2 and apparently youre unstoppable? Especially for a good portion of the map.

That sounds more likely. How do you get your team mauled so badly that you lose two people and the other two get tossed around a bit when you know where the tank is going to spawn?

It always amazes me how people come on here and talk trash. Just let it be, already. Someone mentioned earlier that 2 survivors is easy and it just depends on who's playing. With a good infected team, you wouldn't last. I don't care how good you think you are. However, anything is possible so if the infected team isn't all that great, you can do it. Regardless of all that, just let him tell his story and move on.

He had what he felt was a funny moment he wanted to share. So what? If you dont like it, stfu and move on.

Well, it is NM3, so there is a forklift, and rock sniping FTW............

Wow... Laguna is really negative here... but nvm, cool moment, i also love the rush when you finish a level when you're so close to death.

seriously people chill... good story, always great to see people having "victorious" & "miraculous" runs. This kind of stuff keeps this game going, don't be killjoys.

I agree. There are people on this forum (and many others across the Internet) who's only pleasure is picking at people's posts and trying to make them feel bad about spelling errors, misplaced posts, and the like. I never understood the fascination of picking at irrelevant crap trying to somehow make posters feel like they made some horrible mistake posting in the first place. Like they have accidentally stumbled on to some high level meeting of minds. A place where only professional writers and those with the time to fastidiously scan every OP to find the perfect one that will fit the context of what they have to say. I guess the anonyimity of the Internet helps pretentious little nerds feel like big strong men.
Good story BTW. That would have been quite the feat against just about any team. Especially coming up out of the sewers!!
