i cant even start L4D befor that hapen.. Every time! i cant do anything.. plz! help and tell me how to do <.< i cant do anything to changer the game whidout start it.. plz help!

god, i rarely flame people, but at least spend longer than a few seconds banging your forehead against your keyboard when asking for help.

and by sounds of it, it's trying to run the game at a resolution your monitor doesn't support. try putting -windowed in the launch properties and then set the resolution in the game to something your monitor supports, then remove it and try again.
