This should help build a community before game comes out, then people will have a definite few people to play with.

EDIT: only add people in your region please, Americans add Canadians and Americans, Australian add NZ and Aust, and vice versa, because otherwise we won't play together, this is to ensure we get a community in our own country and can play together.

well the official list just tells us ur steam names, unfortunately it doesn't tell us wat country you're in, so that means quite a few ppl wont play with each other coz of lag issues

wud u play with an australian guy if ur lag was 300+? i wudnt, but as im in auz i want aussies/NZer's 2 play with,...when L4D comes out and now

i hv emailed frogopus with my steam name and forum name, but this seems better coz then we hv a community of ppl to play with who wont lag us out

The stickied member list is intended to be a reference for those wishing to contact and play with forum members that they have already gotten to know. So, if I see that dontleave posts quite a bit and seems like a pretty stand up guy, I may go and check that list to see if he has got his steam name posted. It was never intended to be a dating service.

It's not that this isn't a fine idea, it just has different aims than my original topic.

I do feel that both topics are a little outdated now with the new Steam and our group there.
