I've read too many things like these for them to be remotely funny anymore.
That was a thoroughly enjoyable read, thanks Infest. Reminds me of some of Ben Croshaw's writings.

Just don't abuse it, you're limited to several LOLs each day.
And back to cleaning the windows!

I lost interest after the first three words.
Why read to find lulz? WE MUST EXPERIENCE THEM FIRST HAND!

I find enjoyment can be gained from reading an entertaining piece of fiction, you may too if you give it a chance. People are reading less and less. They expect instant gratification which must be an empty existance. Personally I got more value out of that short story then I have from all the lolcats images I've ever seen.
And the above is NOT an invitation to start posting lolcats.

"He had short blond hair parted to one side and he wore inexpensive-looking glasses. He dressed like a man who shopped with function, and not style, in mind. I was more than a little disappointed that so cool a name was wasted on so dorky a man. If I was named Connor McCloud, I'd fight star monsters and fuck space mermaids. The real Connor McCloud shops at Target.
ah. I love this.
