View Full Version : Skate. Anyone else excited?

Played the demo for this game way too much. Almost as much as the COD4 beta, actually, and it's comin out friday! Woohoo! Is anyone else stoked for this game?

Also, uploading videos is a very cool touch. Here's my one cool thing that the demo lets you upload:

Now I won't say that this is better than the Tony Hawk series, all fun games there as well, but Skate definitely tries to be more realistic and will probably keep me interested all the way to november. And then I'll fake my own death in order to make time for all the awesome games coming out. But nevermind that, what are your thoughts on Skate?

I want to buy an Xbox 360 just for this game... but I can't afford it right now =(

I asked my cousin if it's better than the Tony Hawk games, and he replied "Man, fuck Tony Hawk". We used to skate a ton, and are firm believers that the more real, the better. We used to make characters with crappy stats, and sit around for hours trying to make sweet lines.

I want this game =(

This game looks so well done. I played the demo on my 360 sooooooooooo many times, but now my 360 has broken down, it reads discs as dvds now, so I'll have to wait 2 weeks.LOVE THE GAME!

I would love this game, but i don't have a 360. I am actually saving to buy one just for this game. I was a big fan of the Tony Hawk games when i played consoles but this is the kind of skating game ive been waiting for:)

I would love this game, but i don't have a 360.
same here, and I loved tony hawk also, but I'm not saving up for a 360. Especially not with Super Smash Bros. Brawl coming to the wii.

the 360 doesn't have the ultimate fighting game and neither does ps3 XD
