No. That's an MP5A5. It's not in-game but it's used in promotional pictures and on the loading screens. You can see a magazine for it on one of the ammo piles.

The ten weapons are: pistol, dual pistols, uzi, shotgun, assault rifle, autoshotgun, hunting rifle, pipe bomb, molotov and the minigun.
