Xbox live help

[The One]

I just 'Re' did my whole account thing and i put in one of those cards that you redeem for time and such on my 360. Well... I can play my 360 games but when I try to play an xbox game on my 360 for xbox live a message comes up saying:

"You have a message from Xbox Live, do you want to go to Account management and read it?"

or

"You can play till you read the message from Xbox Live, read now?"

I press yes and it takes me to account management. When I'm there, I dont know where the hell to look for the message. There is nowhere there to go for me to read the message.

Can anyone help me out?

xbox.com seems to have a way to view LIVE messages, so if all else fails you could try logging in there and reading it.

When you get a message press the XBL Button and a menu will pop up, go down to messages, and if you got one it should be bright white, btw The One I HATE YOU!!!!! ... and ur juggernaut impression.

I press the Xbox Live Button and go to Messages. But I dont know if your talking about the one where it also has Messages, Friens, and Chat or Im. Or maybe its a different one. I'll try that. But it takes me to Account Management, there is no way of recieving messages there right?

Reasons to why you hate, I still dont know. But I'm not going to start anything if thats what your looking for :D
