Well I hate to burst your bubble but there wont be any new achievements for xBox anytime soon, dunno bout PC though. I might get a friend of mine to join you in the survival apocalypse, and as for UK time, I don't have a sweet clue xD. Pacifically around 11:59pm, like Darkness said.

i read somewere about a phew more achievements the only thing im having a real hard time locating is the new wepons ive heard and seen in shacknews about a flamethrower but since last month i cant find any of that, so got any ideas whats coming with it apart from the survival mode etc.

p.s i severely hope thier is achievements for it as thats the main fun about it so you can have your achievements in the game registered thats why i love the 360 achievement style it wont kill the addon for me but i can garuntee ill play it more casualy then no-lifer if thier is no new achievements :P

1. The flamethrower is a myth.
2. Even then, the myth is that it WILL (No it wont) be added. Not that its already there.
3. The 360 won't be getting new achievements. If it had achievements, the DLC would not be free. (The gamerpoint economy would break)
4. Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment. There are no achievements for us 360'ers. No matter how severely you hope.

well tbh i wasent to bothered about the wepons dont get me wrong i wont a nail gun/crossbow/longbow/anything that pins zombies down to things but the no achivements is kinda bad i dont see why the pc gets so much more benefits then the 360 particulary when thiers only a small range of games that have a vast difference in gameplay from the 360

i agree. i have all the achievements, so i can hav all the fun i want. the thing is that it is fun playing with achievements and trying to get them. well, im gonna miss it.

So apparently release hours are set for the 360 and the PC will be getting it 'Later on in the day' Doesn't that sound just great? My guess, 11:58pm.

The PC gets more achievements and support because Valve doesn't have to go through or deal with Microsoft when they want to release something. Microsoft has to approve every little thing Valve wants to do with the game before it gets to us, which is a real pain sometimes.

But yes, it does appear to be common. It seems if you clear the cache, it clears up the problem.
