OK. who here thinks that the survival pack, free or not, should have new campaigns new character skins and new weapons. that would have been sweet and I'm pretty sure that a lot of people can agree with me here. L4D is one of the best zombie and one of the best games ever made but valve should have put those things in there I've asked a lot of people about what I have said and about 26 out of 30 agreed with me on this.... do you?

The Source Software Developer Kit. It will allow user-created content to be in the game.

Xbox 360 will be left out of the new characters unless Valve plans on releasing their own soon. But the SDK will allow the creation of custom maps, characters, weapons, rules, pretty much anything.

Who knows, maybe they will find some way in the future to get SDK content on the 360.

you want new campaigns and skins? buy a pc! you wan't new weapons? ragequit!

you can be happy that we (mankind) have the technology to update content for console-games, otherwise you would have to stick with the Left4Dead Classic and would never experience new content!

There are seriously wayyy too many threads with wayyy too many people asking and saying the same thing. Yeah it would be cool to have those things but there are just some things that you have to do for yourself given that the tools are available =/ The fact that people are already making their own campaigns without the SDK shows that Valve doesn't exactly have to make new campaigns themselves. The SDK will just open more windows. So if you want those choices then I would suggest you get the PC version.
