Recent Left 4 Dead Connection Issues

I have played Left 4 Dead since it's initial release, and I have never had connection issues. Now when I get into a lobby (whether it's Survival, Versus, or Campaign) I can't connect to any servers. As a lobby leader, when I search for Dedicated Servers, I don't find any. When I'm not lobby leader, the loading screen comes up for a while and I get the message "Connection Failed after 10 Retries".
This never used to happen. It started when the new update was released, but not immediately after. I was able to connect to games for the first 3-4 hours, then it suddenly just started. I am also unable to find any steam servers on Team Fortress 2, which is probably a related problem.


Things I have already tried:


Called my ISP, they haven't made any changes to my Connection.
Turned off ALL Firewalls and Virus Protection.
I use a Modem, not a Router.
I have scanned my computer with Nod32, Spy Sweeper, Spybot, ZoneAlarm, and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware. Nothing was found.

Yeah I did about 30 minutes ago.
But I wanted to post here and see if anyone else might be having problems.

Ok, problem solved. I had ZoneAlarm installed but I removed it from startup. Apparently that caused some kind of bug, because I tried turning on ZoneAlarm and activating "Game Mode" which answers everything with Allow. That seemed to open me up to all servers.

EDIT: Ummm... where is the lock button?

i have a connection problem too.it say "Connection to Session has been lost"
