what do I have to type into the console to play Lighthouse in versus-mode?

mp_gamemode versus

And sb_all_bot_team 1 if u wanna play against the bots. Else when u join infected team round will be stopped automaticly.

I started a survival game locally and had some friends join.
When I type "mp_gamemode versus" my server says this:

Unable to change gamemode to 'versus', it is locked due to lobby reservation.

Is there a way to set up a versus game and then switch the map to lighthouse? Or did I miss out something and made a mistake?

You just need to have people join using the console (connect ip: port) or server browser. Neither will be really easy to set up for a local game but it's probably possible. You could try finding your external IP if you have a router, and getting people to connect to that if they can.

The lobby system locks difficulty and game mode when a lobby group joins a server. Right now there's no way to force either until someone writes a Sourcemod plugin to do it. The only solution is to have people join without using the lobby.

I'd have to use the dedicated server thingy to do this, I guess. Whenever I try to start the dedicated server program, it won't run. I always crashes.
Why ist that? Can I fix it somehow?

Is there an other way to start a server which is no lobby-server?
