Look at the revised PC Game Release Dates, it looks like Left 4 Dead is coming out in February, IGN isn't the one who puts up placeholder release dates, they'll just put Q1-3 if they don't know depending on the time period they predict.

Yeah but IGN says February, company's that sell games usually just throw in placeholders, IGN doesn't put placeholders, they put a date if they know it.

Well, if it really does come out in February, as is being reported lately, here's hoping they do a special pre-order beta version release on Steam a month earlier (January, yay!) like they just did with TF2!

I will so be there. This game just cannot come soon enough for me.

Knowing steam, they don't release the demo's until the game is released, with the exception of Dark Messiah.

Yeah they usually do as the devs have to get the demo to steam in gcf format ahead of time, know what your talking about.
