How to play as infected singleplay after new patch

hi :)
most of you know probebly that Director_no_human_zombies commend has been removed thus you cant play infected in singleplayer how ever i found a new way to do this open console in main menu
type "mp_gamemode versus" (without ")
load any map then type in "noclip" (without ") move trough the saferoom door (this forces the game to start and now you can switch teams)
after that type in any of the others
z_spawn hunter
z_spawn boomer
z_spawn smoker
z_spawn tank
