up close it looks like blood, but at it's normal size it looks like a speech bubble, so I'm going to say 1.

Yeah pretty much this forum is shit now. We got Halo everywhere with TF2. Then some of this and some of that with L4D. Again, we need a new forum.

It's the blood droplet the "4" is written in in the Left 4 Dead logo. It's pretty much the same shape. It's not exact but I'm pretty sure that's what it's meant to be.

I voted blood droplet, cause thats what it looks the most like. You should have added nipple though.
