Steam Ticket Expired

So I decided to download Bioshock again just to have fun with the demo, so I download and it says "steam ticked expired", and did that for all ofher games... odd

have you tried to wait for 5 minutes/restart steam?

yep, still not working, left it off for a while. Apparently the code is bugged or something
