I cant hear it since im at work, but by the look of him, Id say not. Or maybe just a super minor case. Because downs usually causes total retardation and he appears to be semi-self-sufficient and seems able to talk. Does he make clear words and ideas?

Hmm, I actualy know some people with Downs Syndrome and in all honesty I can hardly tell the difference between them and normal people, besides their difference in looks. Also, the ones I've met have been invariably fantasticaly nice people and very long suffering about their own physical appearance, accepting peoples stares with a huge amount of patience.

So no, I don't think so.

Yeah, those people probly have super minor cases as well. The common and constant thing is the look. But actual affect on intelligence varies depending on how bad the case is.

But in any case, I still say probly not. He doesnt look exactly like a downs person to me, he just looks different *shrug*

Maybe you should be a bit more open-minded then.
