So all this Halo 3 hype is pretty well deserved, but what about Halo 2? I mean for PC. Anyone played it? Halo was way better for PC than XBox, is it the same? I'm asking this because my friend just bought it and I haven't played it yet. Anyone done that yet?

No it really is bad, there are troubles with registering online, so it is really laggy and such, when you shoot there is like 2 minute delays. Plus the graphics are really bad, RE4 had better ported graphics, it's funny because Halo 2 was originally made for computer.

Halo 2 was shit on console, seeing as most of the original team walked out.

Worse on PC, 'cause it needs Vista.. ¬¬

Halo 2 for the PC sucks. Period. Its better on console, but who cares right? Halo 3 came out, but Halo 3 seemed short. I beat it the day I got it in just a couple of hours.

Halo 2 is good for the Multi though

Also, since halo 2 is apparently bad on pc, I have to borrow your xbox copy.

Halo 3 short? You must of played it on normal. The last couple of missions would take any one at least a half an hour each to finish on legendary. Once you do that, you can collect all the skulls and beat the game again with all the skulls activated. That'll take you a while.

A grunt in Halo3 on Legendary with all skulls enabled takes about one clip of AR ammo to the head. I've tried. Not to mention every second there are enormous grenade explosions. Halo 3 on Normals was too short. I like it being kinda remotely hard but easy enough to run in and bash the crap out of everyone. Too bad you die instantly on Legendary like that.

I never EVER turn on the iron or grenade skull (the one that makes grunts throw a million grenades) those make it impossible man!

Halo 1 was origionally made for pc, not 2. 2 was obviously after 1 and was to be continued on the xbox =]

I didnt play it on Normal. I never do. I did Heroic, then I Legendary. Now I'm heading back to get all the Skulls, I just need like 2 more. I'm just to caught up on the Multi to really care about them. :P

Yea shit is really hard to kill with every skull activated. I played this weekend with my brother and two friends coop and we still got our asses handed to us. It's just really really really hard.
