L4D Ending

Well since left4dead 2 is coming out in november, and L4D dosent really have an ending... (unless the creators give them one), i decided to make one up myself! I hope you enjoy it and excuse any errors, thanks!

ahem,
So zoey, bill, louis, and francis are bashing/shooting their way through a large mob of infected on a road, as they proceed they are faced with a giant Tunnel, it looks like it was recently caved in.

Francis: Ah hell
Zoey: Now what...
Bill: Turn around and find another way, MOVE IT PEOPLE!
Louis: We'd love to, but... LOOK!

The four survivors turn around to see a giant horde coming at them
(if this were to be in the game, you would have to last exactly 10 minutes to move on, of course there would be ammo, guns etc)
The four fight off the what seemed to be neverending horde, various specials and tanks

Bill: God damit im out!!
Louis: Me too
Francis: We all are
Zoey: Guys... They are still coming!!!

The four now have to bash there way through another horde
(if you were playing this, last 2 mins with nothing but meele)

After the horde is deafeated, the four survivors are weak and out of breath

Louis: ha, hahaha we did guys! we did it!
Zoey: Yea, haha, i guess we did, lets head back
Francis: Wait for the old man to catch his breath
Bill: Shut up francis
Francis: ahh dont be so hung up
Louis: comon guys, lets take the other route we saw, the army HAS to be there
Francis: Wait, let me catch my breath
Bill: What was that francis?
Francis: be quiet bill
Zoey: Guys...
Louis: what? you want a breather too?
Zoey: umm...
Bill: Yea we deserve a rest
Francis: Yea after all those vampires-
Louis: Zombies
Francis: whatever... well-
Zoey: GUYS, LOOK

Bill, Louis and Francis all look in the direction that zoey is pointing and see hundreds of zombies in the distance, looking to thier sides, they see even more zombies. The four back into eachother, out of ammo, out of breath, scared outta thier minds. The zombies are getting closer... they are now a few meters away...





The screen goes black, white words come up reading "The End" You hear Zombie cries in the backround, along with the cries of the four survivors

I had shivers.

But before the screen goes black Francis should say "I hate suicide"

Its not really "suicide" thier guns are out of ammo and they cant really commit suicide when they are about to be ripped to shreads in a few seconds... But im glad you like it

It would kinda imply he wants to go out fighting anyway, I think that would be an epic ending for the "Comic relief"

That was meant to be my comic relif :l

Since this is what i would like as the actual GAME ending.

Well, technicaly L4D does have an ending. The game ends with the campaign Blood Harvest where the APC picks up the survivors and takes them to the nearby safezone (I wont go into it but this has been proven dozens of times). Therefore, we can probably assume that the 4 survivors are safe in the safezone come the close of the game...unless the devs have yet another campaign ready for how the safezone aint safe no more.

Good comedy banter though :D

Very good, i would love for them to have the ending as a ending credit movie like they have a opener movie.

Prologue tying in Blood Harvest to this ending.

The APC barrels down the road away from the supposed "safezone". The four survivors sigh in relief as they are handed water and food.

"Those bastards aren't getting any of my neck... next time they'll try harder hopefully, pathetic attempt back there.", Francis says jokingly; Louis gives him a look of complete hatred and starts to vent "You know what Francis? Ever since I met you you have just made negative comments and wise ass remarks. Do you not understand the situation? Everyone we ever knew is DEAD. GONE. And you just act like a jerk to the rest of us even after all we've been through."

The slightest hint of sadness falls upon Francis' face though it becomes unimportant as they are tossed on their side violently shaking the APC and breaking the back door open also killing the Private escorting them.

You hear the roars of a tank. The survivors grab their guns and jump out of the vehicle just before it gets smashed again, this time into a rock wall causing it to explode. This tank looks stronger than the other ones they have encountered if that can even be judged.

It stomps towards the burning APC and picks it up lifting it over its head while yelling in rage. It turns towards the survivors. They draw their guns and unload at the tanks chest. It draws back the burning wreck ready to hurl it at the four of them. Zoey takes her M14 to her shoulder and carefully aims at the tanks forehead and then unloads 3 rounds in quick succession.

The tank's corpse is crushed under the falling vehicle. The survivors all look at eachother and enjoy the newfound silence and lack of mortal wounds. Louis and Francis give each other silent nods. The 4 look down the dirt highway towards where they were headed. They are faced with a heavily graffiti'd sign that reads "Now Leaving Riverside: Come back soon! they'll be here."
