They are all pretty much necessary and the Charger is a good addition. I'd probably drop the Witch, as long as they replaced her with something better.

I voted for Hunter cause you can't remove the Tank/Witch/Boomer since they're unique and the Smoker/Hunter are almost the same but since a smoker can attack someone from a distance and won't be screwed once the survivor he grabbed is freed.
