EDIT: OMG NOOO... accidently restarted my computer... there goes 17 minutes I'll never get back.

He was not happy. My family, and I got out in time, but our cat almost didn't make it.

Besides you re-enraging kirby, shrubbery, I have to say Hellgate looks awesome! FPS RPG hybrid sounds cool but risky. FPS RPG developed by the creators of Diablo sounds awesome.

Be sure to play around with dual wielding a gun and a melee weapon. I really enjoyed how fluid things felt when I ran around blasting with a gun in one hand and hacking anything that got close with the other.

I was looking forward to this game, but a few things have put me off.
Did anyone else ( whos running VIsta ) get a text box about needing to install a Microsoft VIsta Update?

The other thing is I couldnt get the DX10 mode working in the demo - didnt seem to allow it. And from what I can gather the DX10 extras are nothing special anyway, just the ability to select EXTREME shaders rather than normal, basically resulting in more depth of field type effects.

Yeah, me too. I did play it and it wasnt all it should have been.
I think I recall that you had hopes for this games potential too, unfortunately it appears they never acheived it.

Yeah, I enjoyed that more than having two swords.

I think they did a real bad job with the demo, everybody seems to be unimpressed. Pretty sure they should have ended with a big boss battle then went to those gay &quot;BUY IT NOW!&quot; screens. Right now, people play the demo and get really confused at the end as to what they're supposed to do, so the last view of the game is &quot;this is confusing and I'm not having fun&quot;..

Well shrubs, I ran through it twice and enjoyed it, and talking to someone with beta made the game sound really promising. I think I might be picking this up when it comes out.

yay! I didn't get a gun and sword in each hand yet, but it's fun. Maybe if they included the alternate marksman class, those millions of little drones would have been hilarious!
