View Full Version : Question about FacePoser.

I'm new to anything SDK, and I just tried out Face Poser, and successfully synced up to the the first 10 seconds of lyrics to Strawberry Fields Forever.

But my problem is that the .wav files is in the hl2/sound/strawberry fields.wav, and I don't exactly get how to import the wav file onto the Choreography timeline when I ask to add WAV

I don't know if I'm asking the right place though.

I didn't mean it like that, just saying that is all I would have been able to do. I'm just now learning to use Gmod myself. :)

Probably not fixed but still generally repaired to be adhesive to the thread.

Well, the faceposer of gmod is crazy weird, I admit.

No, I really mean Gmod, just screwing around with posing the chars and such. I thought DM was referring to his Gmod vids.

Well, I was both talking about my vids and that lip synching, but I know how to do the lip synching, I just can't find the file where I put all my hard work.

If it works, I can put that scene in my movies and finally make people talk!

Here is what he is asking.

FacePoser wants a WAV file in order to sync up with Garry's mod. However, the files he has are NOT in WAV format.

Am I rite?

Okay, here's what I've done:

Converted Strawberry Fields forever to WAV

Loaded that file to the FacePoser software.

I have Vista so automatic syncing doesn't work

Made a new channel on the choreography timeline

Clicked on Add WAV

Don't know where that wav should be to use now.
