I've been using Windows Movie Maker for some time now, and have come to terms with most of it's flaws. However, one thing continues to grind my gears. Whenever I want to watch my unfinished video to see how everything goes, it goes from a few seconds at 80 frames per second, to 3 frames per second. Is this supposed to happen? It just pisses me off when I have to render my video and watch it in Windows Media Player just to see how it's coming along.

No, yours seem to be failing, my Movie maker always makes my movie real life and in 3D.

1. get sony vegas pro or adobe premiere pro
2. windows movie maker is crap and I wouldn't even recommend it to hobo's
3. yes, that happened to me 2 when I used that crap, it's normal ,the program cant handle big files (fraps videos)

I've never had it do that to me, always runs as normal, but I've never really fed big files into it either.

Premiere Pro is not compatible with FRAPS video, just as a note.

I got the Master Collection, and PP and SoundBooth both cannot play the audio.

Also played with Vegas Pro. Damn did I not have fun figuring that whole thing out, lol, but I want to learn again, because it might have Object Based Motion Blur.

I remember having trouble with fraps and adobe premiere pro

experiment with sound options/settings and you'll get it

or right click on the sound of the clip and see if there's anything muted or selected , etc etc

Now, does that have capability for Object Based Motion Blur? I saw a video on youtube that was using AE CS3 and did it, and the whole video looked like something out of Crysis, but I haven't found any luck with that.
