ummm i'm not a big computer dude.I didnt understand anything you said :I
Translation
Whats OS are you running: Is you computer windows Vista, Mac, windowsXP
What are your specs: How much RAM (system memory), Hard drive space do you have? And also, what is your graphics card. And what processor do you have?
I know the second question is pretty difficult to understand if your not a computer dude :) But, If you have a Windows Vista, then open the start menu (the little menu at the bottom right of your screen) and see where it says "start search"
Type "Dxdiag" (without quotation marks) And press enter, And something will pop-up that says all those specs. With those specs, Tell us
Processor:
Memory:
Graphics Card:
You might have to tab around, using the little tabs on the top.
(sorry if i treated you as if you have no idea how to use computers, but just in case if you don't understand computer terminology, just extra details wouldn't hurt)

Windows Vista
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU T3400 @ 2.16GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 2938MB RAM
Graphics Card: Couldn't Find it could someone tell me where to find :(
Okay, Graphics card should be under the tab Display.
In a box called Device. we only need the name
It should say something like Nvidia GeForce 9600 or something like that
Or something like Intel(R) 82845G

See if it works in Windowed Mode.
On Steam, right click TF2 and go to Properties.
Under Properties click "Set Launch Options".
In the Text Box put
-windowed
launch the game and see if it works then.

You might not have ANY graphics card, and be running under internal graphics.
