Question about a zombie map in CS:Source

One time a user put up an awesome zombie map wid bots wid L4D skin in huge numbers and we had to defend against them. What in the world happened to that map?

It was awesome, but he got pissed at everyone and said "fuck my mod and fuck all of you" and left. As for finding another map, search for the zombie hell IP on these forums. They were down last I checked, but that was a while ago.

Indeed. Much to my dismay, every other server fails in stupid ways. Actually, Rabbit's were good, but they are down. =/

Rabbits was my favorite, and WDF before it went down. You could always try a Zombie "Mod" server, where players infect other players. But I urge you not to try lame ass infinite ammo one, or one thats just ridiculously stupid. It's hard to go wrong with the concept of Zombe Team infects Survivor Team, but you'd be surprised what kind of shit servers you'll find.

Hmm, there was a really good server that a few of us guys used to go on, forgot it's name now though... Not exactly zombies because they had spiders and headcrabs and the sackman and whatnot, but the general idea was the same... kill everything, don't get infected.

Still, you can google "CS:S Zombie Horde Servers" and theres a website with IP adresses to a lot of servers, you can even filter out location so you can find one closer to you... Very useful if you ask me, they got Soccer server IPs too!!!

Hahah that was my zombie mod server. The one with headcraps, the chainsaw guy from RE4 and all that jazz. We tried hard to make it a good server. Not unlimited ammo and we tweaked the settings a lot to get it right. Give it a shot if you'd like. I'm co-owner.

D_Smid is gone, I some times talk to him, he still watches the forums he says, and he is currently developing a mod meant to be a realism based or some sort zombie mod.

Btw - All his skins were downloaded right of FPSBanana, in fact, you needed to download them off FPSBanana to get it to work. They didn't resemble Left 4 Dead much.
