I can't be the only one who prefers the good old red text theme surely. Anyone else still use it?
For those of you who weren't here or can't remeber it go down to the bottom left corner and change it from Left 4 Dead to Left 4 Dead original.

Wow...it does look alot different. I've used the newer version for so long now I hardly remember the old one, but I still do some. Just looks alot less polished.
Ahh..the good ole' days.....:)

The only small problem with the old one is that the big picture of the surviors at the top which takes you to the main page isn't there. But I love the retroness.

I loved the simplicity of the old one. New one isn't bad though.
And the style changer isn't accurate at all. I miss those times where I could highlight text and quote.

Eh, the old style just doesn't work well with the new forum.

Wow, I forgot you could change back to the old one.
I can only think of one word to describe it:
Yuck.
You conservative oldie's gotta keep up with what's hip, times a changin' mayne.

That's not a real representation of the old forums. Its just a similar color scheme. Definitely doesn't look very good like that.

Damn I had forgotten about the awesome highlight to quote feature! Anyway to get that on vbulletin?

I know, I joined shortly before it was changed, just saying the other style looks...well, old, and ugly.

I kinda miss the old one for the highlight to quote feature and the search function, which worked WAY better than vBulletin. The old look was nice too, similar to what shows with that change at the bottom but it was much better than that.
Tried to use the Wayback machine to get a better representation of what it looked like before the change but the closest I can get is this from June, 2008: http://web.archive.org/web/20080617040741/http://www.left4dead411.com/forums/

Ahhh...nostalgia :D
Besides highlighting to quote, they also had B, I and U buttons so you didn't have to manually put in the tags :/
Also, I didn't know you could change the style of these forums, so I tried it, but it isn't much like the old ones at all.
