i watched the documentary on this last week on discovery. The guy is a tool, he's a total dosser who lives off his sisters charity and does nothing to help himself. I've got no sympathy for him whatsoever, he could have prevented this problem by having it removed years ago before it got to the stage its at now.

Honestly, why should the british NHS system pay for his treatment? Give him a rusty pair of scissors and let him sort it himself.

I so that of that when i first saw him btw Forelle. No the reason he's pathetic and a dipshit is because to remove it he needs a blood transfusion, which goes against his Jehovah's Witness past, so instead of getting it removed, he and his stupid religion have decided he's gonna live off his siblings and be lazy. I do like how he has to move it to breathe though.

Back before it got so huge, a blood transfusion wasn't necessary, but he didn't bother to do anything about it. He's a lazy, useless, spoilt child who's finally realised he's been a total dick.

Well yeah but now it needs a transfusion. Also, a little kid recently died of pneumonia because he needed a transfusion and refused on the same grounds. He died, which sadly, I am glad of.
