i know what he said was way out of taist and a horrible thing to say it was still a drastic action to arrest him for a maximum of a year. People are starting to take games way to seriously, personally i blame Jack Thompson lol. You can be planning something and still not be prepared for it. Remember, that could be considered a confession of some kind, meaning that they are totally justified (legally) in arresting him.
