And of course, (also from the list) Shadow of the Colossus - A Despair-Filled Farewell. God, hearing that song loop for hours while playing that game; it's ingrained into my brain.

Oh god, just found Goldeneye 007 - Chemical Warfare Facility (Also ingrained into my brain. I played that game so much when I was younger).

The Total War series always has some epic music.
My favorite would be "We Are All One" from Medieval II: Total War.
It's on the list, but it has a singer. I prefer the Instrumental Version that plays in-game, although the one on the list isn't half bad.

EDIT: Oh, the Singer version is "We Are All One" but the Instrument version is Destiny.

Personally my favorite off of that list is Baba Yetu from the Civ. 4 game, my friend warned me about that game addictiveness.

But I also liked SOTC music the best. That music isn't found around a lot these days. And if it it's not done right!
