Another strange Steam problem

I can't see any of the words on Steam.

Meaning I don't see what any one messages me, I can't see any of the words on the buttons, not a damn thing :-(

I just re-installed it and it didn't do anything

That theme is kinda default cause it comes with Steam

All it does is change the green to gray

Looks like the font it uses is missing, but steam uses a standard windows font so I can't figure why that would happen. :/

Open a text editor that lets you change fonts and see if Tahoma is there.

i think its a font issue, ive seen it before.... you need a standered font thats missing i think... if i read any more ill update ya... i thought it affected linux though :o

I've been having that theme for a while already and it didn't screw up until now

I did change the theme to the original, but it still didn't do a thing besides change the color.

i downloaded the tahoma font and put it in the font folder

it asked me if i wanted to save over the ones that are already there

i put yes

i went back to steam and the words were are back 0.o?
