Everything would be over-exaggerated. People would grow their heads fifteen times every time someone did something the least bit unintended.

Unless it's like Full Metal Alchemist, that was the only anime I liked. Haven't seen cowboy Bee bop before so I can't say I lie that either.

See this is why more explanation could have been offered by the OP. What Animes in particular? Does it just look like an anime or do the same kind of things happen in this world, (i.e. world being destroyed every month or so.) On looks, probably not. Yah I know all the girls seem to be supermodel build with tiny excuses for rags being referred to as clothes and I'm sure they're real easy too but I have it from good sources that they have pixelated genitalia. I'm just not into that.

As for "the same kind of things happen"... honestly the only animes I ever watched were Pokemon and DBZ, (and Samurai Pizza Cats way back,) so... no. For Pokemon I don't like the idea of eleven year olds running around with the power and willingness to kill people and in DBZ, like I said, the world gets destroyed every month or so and the rest of the time everyone's constipated.

I would think it would be awesome if Capsule Corp existed though. You become that way after lugging around a heavy-ass pack in the Waiouru Training Area and swearing every time you take your wet weathers out because you know you'll have to stuff it back into a pocket that's only just big enough to maybe fit a teatowel.

I knew this one was coming. You see, as the OP has failed to pick a particular anime series, we have to factor in every single anime ever made. Therefore, there is the risk of shoddy voicework and predictable plot. I am not willing to take that risk.

You should try Samurai Champloo or Cowboy Bebop. Both very good and quite mature series... and this coming from a guy who in general hates anime with a passion. Way too shouty/cutesy/wordy/incomprehensible/power fantasy/bad hairday-ey for me nearly all of the time.

And no, neither one has power levels, aliens with tails or exploding moons. This makes for a refreshing change.
