better survivor scoreboards and namecolours

How come that the boss infected has a normal looking, nice, neutral scoreboard

and the survivors has almost like this... childish looking scoreboard, with the colours of Red, Green, Yellow and Blue. What is this, the Power Rangers? :/

No offence to anyone, but I personally don't get the colours... would be nice though if the survivors scoreboard looked like the one the boss infected has, nothing wrong with that one in my opinion.

Same thing with the survivors names, what's up with the different colours?

(Okay, the different colours for the survivor names I CAN understand. maybe you don't have time to read Who killed What, so in the corner of your eye, you just see a specific colour and you go "Ah! it was Zoey who killed 10 infected just now" without having to read the name "Zoey".

But still, it seems kinda pointless and unimportant anyways for me, so.... yeah, I would prefer it without the rainbow colours, thanks... :/ )

Most games near the end of development get a facelift to their UI's, so I wouldn't be surprised if they changed it. And I'm way more interested in playing the game then looking at a stat page. =)

As to the scoreboard... I hope they do something really nice, like a rusty metallic frame and some blood in the background. Something Valve games usually don't do.

Yeah, even though we know those are all placeholder, hopefully they spend the appropriate amount of time prettying up all of the UI. We've already seen substantial progress with the health bars, and apparently the testers last week were checking out some new UI things, so maybe some of the changes had to do with this?
