Is my GPU too hot or is this temperature okay?
Also, is there a way to know which fan corresponds to my GPU? (As in Fan1 - Fan5)
EDIT: It is reaching as high as 68*C in-game.

68 degrees.
Damn?
As long as you can keep it cooled enough to not raise above 68-70 then you should be ok-ish.

Umm..
My GPU gets up to around 85-90c in-game (big games like MW2, Crysis, etc.) and idles at around 55c. Your temperatures are fine.

You have nothing to worry about until it gets to 90-100 and starts sizzling.

Mine maxes out at 60C so it should be fine, as I never have problems.

Clean out your case? Blow air on your gpu with one of those compressed air bottles, it might be a build up of dust. Also make sure you have a good amount of airflow for your case.

I'd be more concerned that some of your parts are below freezing.
