Five-dollar registration fee for persons planning to overthrow US government
Terrorists who want to overthrow the United States government must now register with South Carolina's Secretary of State and declare their intentions -- or face a $25,000 fine and up to 10 years in prison.

"practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States"
I was going to make a joke about the illuminati and Israel but I don't know if anybody on the forum is jewish. Don't wanna offend anybody or anything.
But yeah... Do they really think terrorists are gonna line up and say "We hate America. We want to kill Americans. Here is my 5 dollars." *Terrorist blows up*
