I have been gone for awhile, and I know some of you guys missed me (jk)
Well anyways I have been at my grandma's house for the break.

Now for the issue.
Back when the OB was released someone loaned me money off of paypal from their credit card to buy it. (Some of you know the person name if you do good if you dont, its not important.) Well around Nov, this persons mom took the money back and now my paypal is -44.95 bucks. Now I asked this person what happend and he told me that he had idea his mom took the money back, and he will try to get the money back in as soon as possible. Now around 3 weeks ago paypal called my mom telling her that she owed them money and that they already reported her to the credit fraud people. If no money gets into the bank soon they could take my mom to jail. This is just one of the manny issues going on in my life right now.
Another issue is that I have a court date one the 4th for a "car accident". Long story short I skinned someones car and now they are charging my mom 400 bucks for it.
On top of this I got in trouble for getting 3 C's on my report card. I am in my JR year in high school and my parents know that this is the year when colleges look at grades. And this is my last chance to bring up my grades or else I will be living with my grandma.

I am on my knees begging, if anyone out there has anyway to help me get my paypal back to $0, If you can spare anything, anything at all then I will be eternally grateful. I want to get it to 0 and close it once and for all.

If something similar to this hadn't been posted a few months earlier by dark sora I might be swayed to believe it to be true. ...Aw, who am I kidding! I wouldn't believe this even if it WERE true. My mom doesnt want me to get a job because it will interfere with my school work, which it will if Im already getting C's.
I also didnt borrow the money, he just gave it to me, he knew there was no way I could pay him back.

EDIT: also, when my mom and dad both go to work, I have brothers and sisters to watch. And the main reason I dont want to ask my mom for the money again is because, I dont want her to remember it. If she remembers its just one more reason for her to send me to my grandma house.

Paypal are full of sh*t, they won't go to court over such a tiny amount. Just email them telling them some long winded drawn out drivel about how money was lent and borrowed around and that your one legged sister needs money for a new wooden leg and that as soon as you can you'll get some money to them.

Honestly, it will cost them a hell of a lot more cash to go to court than the debt of $45.00, don't sweat it.
