Cornfield screenshots!

The fabled Cornfield screenshots have now been released online! A popular German PC magazine GameStar.de had in their latest issue a preview of Left 4 Dead, and have very kindly posted their screenshots on their website! These are the first Cornfield screenshots ever released (or of any other map other than Hospital), and it is a very good way to open up the year of L4D - 2008.

There are in total 6 screenshots, which we have added to our new screenshot section. GameStar.de is distributed not only throughout Germany but also Austria and Switzerland. We would like to thank community member Diabolic Forelle for this great find!

Oh and by the way, if you've seen these before it's because they were also in the latest Games for Windows magazine (scans were online).

Yeah, it all depends on how long that last 10% takes. I think we've all experienced games where you wish they would have taken more time or paid more attention to the last 10%, which besides some gameplay includes all the polish, the interface, presentation, and small bugs. I think L4D has an amazing core and I hope they take the time required to really make it a great overall experience.

I'm gonna climax when it's released, but I still think they should take as much time as they need to really polish out everything. I don't want to be dissapointed when I fianlly get this much anticipated game installed.
