Darth Vader meh... Odd choice conisdering he can't even use lightning. Actually, they both seem EXTREMELY out of place. Everything there must be made out of vibroblade steel or something, or it would just break under the lightsaber.

That also said, CES '08 was pretty cool. Some highlights I happened to pick up.

*The meters long curve-screen. It was demoed along with Crysis, it gives me goosebumps the amount of awesome it would have if coupled with the VR thing + WiiMote.

*Sony's new three MILIMETER thick screen. Awesome.

*Some sort of TV that allows you to watch TWO things, on ONE screen with a pair of glasses. When demoed, it showed the screen actually playing through some racing game, which is what one person can see, but through the lense of another persons special awesome glasses it was just normal TV. It was pretty awesome.

*The phone with the built-in projector, I can see this being the next trend in Batman movies. So convenient.

*A really cool interactive boxing game, it's built on camera's and sensors and whatnot, but it's played like real boxing. I don't know how it determines how hard you want to hit, perhaps speed?

*I thought I'd just toss in all the other things here, so here it goes: A gaming vest, Lol, Bumblebee, bunch of TV's, computers, hardware etc. And a lot of games.

Fans should note that Darth Vader is an exclusive character in the PlayStation 3 build of the game, whereas Yoda will flip into the air and take down enemies exclusively on Xbox 360. (We can only imagine the system-advocate wars which are bound to explode over this news, but we're staying neutral on this one.) Compare for yourself by checking out the PS3 version's Darth Vader screens here and the Xbox 360's Yoda screens here.

After the reveal, the game's director noted: "When we see Yoda jump in our game, we're like 'Oh, that's definitely Yoda. That's definitely him.' And we we see Vader using the Force, we're like 'Oh, look at Vader. He's badass.'"

Unfortunately, Vader and Yoda weren't playable at the show. In the two stages of the game we saw during the demo, only three characters got that honor: Cassandra, Mitsurugi and Taki. We should also add that we walked the entire show floor tonight in search of a PS3 running SoulCalibur IV, but there were none to be found. For now at least, it looks like the game is only being shown on 360.

Soulcalibur IV is coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this summer. Namco says that with this game "two beloved properties" have come together for "one beloved game," clearly referring to the addition of Star Wars fighters. We have to admit, while they may seem incredibly out of place in this universe, the Star Wars fanboys in us are delighted to see Vader and Yoda in this fighter.

IGN is off to play the game now so look out for more detailed impressions in the near future.

It sucks they went back to exclusive console characters. It was a dumb idea the first time an even worse now with Next-Gen consoles being so expensive. So you kind of have to pick one or the other. Would have been so much better to have them both in so we could have a proper Jedi duel but noooooo.

So its official, we have the athsmatic litebrite and the speed muppet as playable characters. Im content with this, but I still think it makes absolutely no fucking sense. I dont see where the tie in is? Ive been playing Soulcalibur 4, for about...alittle more then a week now and its totally awesome. Yoda is a fat green, gray haired fucking son of a bitch ! Hes rather cool to play as, but when you play against him hes a real fucking pile up your ass. As hes so short, its unbeliveably hard to hit the bastard. Its really unfair as you have to do Low attacks if you want to hit him. And you cant grab him eaither so yes, i rather have Vader than this green bastard.

And, ive heard that Vader will be downloadable at Xbox live for Points. Which i think is really good. Hope its true !

Hmmm... I don't see the PC being very good control wise. I've never played a fight game like this on PC so I guess I wouldn't know... but it seems more fit for a controller.
