i totally forgot about this game....well aperently the woter supply of the earth is running low..blah blah...and a 10.something earth quake hits chicago...the game is focused on survival and from what i've heard the guy gets dehydrated..and the AI is always trying to steal supplies from you(seen in trailer) I'll post two links- the trailer and info

Wouldn't say it's a clone at all. It's an apocalyptic scenario, sure, but this hasn't been done before in terms of plot and setting.

Also at 1:31 it looks like a cloud is eating the city.
