I've been pondering this for so long, which version to get. If I get it for 360, I will most certainly be saving money, as I'd have to foot for a new computer if I got it on pc. The problem here however, is that Turtle Rock does not seem dedicated to giving a really well implemented multiplayer experience for 360. Two player split screen is nice, but I wish they would push for four. I understand the limitations, but come on, if they did get four player split screen, it'd be amazing. I don't play on x-box live much, and if Team Fortress 2 is any indication of how it will play online, I'm completely justified in not wanting to play it over live anyways.

Now, if I get it on PC, I'd have to foot for a new pc. Okay, that will set me back a lot of money, but if I did get it on PC, I will already have a full team willing to slay together, rather than having to settle for one friend and two bots.

If I get a better job than the one I have now, I'm actually willing to do both. Buy a new, more gaming friendly PC with L4D, and play with my friends, and also buy 360 L4D, to play with my family. Or let them play, since I'll probably be playing on PC.

Well, actually they have had games before where they had an added split-screen mode available for DL on the Marketplace (Overlord, I believe), but it's unlikely for L4D. It'll probably be available right on the disc, if anything.

lol yeah, seriously. COD has always sucked for split-screen because there's no co-op. I mean, it's not the end of the world, but it made the multiplayer half as bad... OK, maybe a quarter as bad because of Live play... [rolleyes]
