Some suggestions for the forum.

Don't you think that we need PM's system (Private Messages system, I was thinking about PM'ing squerl to play on my CS:S server sometime), and some Icons (You know, the tipic icons (Like msn), the smile face, the guy with the cigar, etc.., (I've just woke up, so i'm probably saying terrible things))

If you're going to do smilies, do them properly. The steampowered forums are an examples of good smilies. Those bright yellow smilies that are so big they create gaps between lines whenever you use them are horrible.
Maybe hold a design competition for a set of smilies?

Oh, and another suggestion/fix needed for the forum:
Whenever you browse a sub-forum (off-topic, news etc.) it claims to be "Sorted by: Most recent reply." but clearly it isn't.

Tobold: If you notice the icons on the left, it shows the two up arrows meaning those two top threads are stickies. The rest are sorted by most recent reply.
