Seven months to be exactly. I agree, people who don't know about the game and go to the offical site first (obviously) will probably receive a bad impression.

Nothing we could do about it though...

to be honest i think the majority of people intrested in the game end up coming to this site for any real info.

Err, have you seen the news section?

Its last update was two months ago, granted, but I'd rather they focus on the game.

that would be awesome, but no unfortunatly. yeah, i think who ever was in charge of the website, is either dead or in a coma. that's the only explanation on why the website hasn't been updated since quake con.

What updates do you think should be added? I know that at this other forum they had an "actual" complete with stats and a signature, an album of photos you could put up, and blah blah blah.

oh, left out profile, actual profile*smacks forehead* you could create your own album of photos of yourself or things you liked. They also had a stats page where you can check all of your posts and threads. You could also have an avatara and a profile pic displayed on your profile. And a recently added blog section.

Ah, ok got you. :)

Hmm, I don't know whether community features are what they need, because the site already links to the official Steam forums and those are quite populated. I'd much rather like to see something like SC2's site, where Blizzard publishes new screenshots and story backgrounds to their units, last time I checked. More media, that would be fine.
